What is an Ergonomic Assessment?
Occupational health and safety are crucial for an organization to function to its fullest extent. An ergonomic assessment is a risk management tool that helps evaluate a workstation in order to prevent common workplace injuries, physical hazards, musculoskeletal disorders, and back pain. During an ergonomic assessment, I will not only evaluate your workstation and teach you how to prevent ergonomic injuries and the leading cause of back pain from occurring, I will also offer office ergonomics tips to help optimize your ergonomic workstation to help you be more comfortable and efficient at work. Ergonomic products, like an ergonomic chair, a standing desk, or a laptop riser stand may be discussed.
