Service Description

It is recommended that a full cycle of 4 treatments is completed for best results (ideally 2 per week). Treatment is suitable for most people. Pregnant or lactating women Patients with pacemakers People implanted in the body People with cerebrovascular disease (stroke patients) People with brain damage or have had brain surgery Inoperable near the carotid artery People using implantable medical devices (Treatment duration 30mins bbm sculpt and 30mins laser lipo)


Cancellation Policy

**Booking and Cancellation Policy for Client Services** 1. **Booking Services:** - Clients are required to book services in advance through our designated booking system or by contacting our service center. 2. **Cancellation Notice:** - A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations. 3. **Last Minute Cancellation Fee:** - Cancellations made within 24 hours but more than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a $60 cancellation fee. 4. **Cancellations Less Than 2 Hours and No Shows:** - Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment and no-shows are subject to the full service charge. 5. **Rescheduling:** - Clients may reschedule their appointments without incurring a fee as long as the request is made with at least 24 hours' notice. 6. **Late Arrival:** -Please note that arriving late may result in a shortened service duration. While we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee the extension of your scheduled time due to subsequent appointments. 7. **Refunds:** - No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, last-minute cancellations, or no-shows. 8. **Exceptional Circumstances:** - In the case of exceptional circumstances (e.g., emergencies or unforeseen events), clients are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible to discuss their situation. 9. **Multiple Services Booking:** - Clients booking multiple services in a single appointment must adhere to the cancellation policy for each service. 10. **Notification:** - Clients will receive confirmation and reminder notifications about their appointments. It is the client's responsibility to manage and monitor their scheduled services. 11. **Policy Acknowledgment:** - Clients acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy when booking services with us. This policy is designed to ensure efficient scheduling, respect for our practitioners' time, and fair treatment for all clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
